Tostada

    • 1 lb Ground Beef
    • Chopped Onion
    • Chopped Green Pepper
    • Chili Powder to Taste
    • Zesty Chunky Tomato Sauce
    • 4 Tablespoons of Oil
    • Tostada Shells
    • 2 Cans Refried Beans
    • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
    • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Directions:

      In large skillet, brown onion and ground beef. Add green pepper, chili powder, and tomato sauce. When mixture is done, set aside. Add oil to frying pan and lightly fry tostada on each side. When done, turn out onto paper towel and cover tostada with refried beans, beef mix, tomato, and cheese.
